Day highlights

This was day 2 of our Erasmus+ “Challenges for rural schools” and we were ready to start another day of learning, interacting, and having fun!

First time in the morning, at IES Don Juan Manuel, both Polish and Spanish students played a “Treasure Hunt” game, prepared by the teachers of English Andrea and Ma. Jesús, and students worked together to find all the hidden clues around the school.  Guess what?  Languages were not a problem but a great way to have our students interacting in English, Spanish, Italian, and even Polish at times!

The Italian group visited the CEIP San Francisco and had so much fun in every class they went in. At 10:00, we all got on the bus and headed to the historical town of Brihuega, where students enjoyed visits to the beautiful castle, cathedral, and the immense and well-trimmed gardens. Visiting Professor Max’s museum of the World Miniatures was awesome!  It has with the largest collection of mini-art figures.

Splendid weather, enjoyable activities,  and the best spirit of our students all combined again for the challenge!!
